ATCI is a membership led organization. ATCI's membership listing includes all leading companies of Thailand's information industry granting the association a high recognition factor and respect nationally and internationally. Twenty one member companies are elected to serve as board directors. Each company appoints two representatives to the board and these representatives share one vote. One board member is elected as president. Board member serve two years terms. The current board's terms run from 2005 to 2006 under the leadship of the new president, Mr. Jumrud Sawangsamud of International Research Corporation PCL.
